My family recently bought an older home in southern Ontario, Canada. We plan to use it as a rental property until we can fix it up and flip it. I thought it might be a good idea to get community feedback on what we should be doing to fix it up and help raise the properties value. If you kind folks have any words of wisdom or suggestions we would very much appreciate it.
